Foam Laser Marking

With the foam laser engraving process (deep engraving/laser ablation) the laser beam penetrates the foam material and ablates it layer by layer. This creates an indentation which is clearly visible but also haptically perceptible. With the Vibra® laser marking system you can have your foam packaging or foam inserts permanently marked with your logo, article numbers, individual text or slogan. With a logo, the advertising effectiveness of the product presentation is increased, with reusable packaging, ownership marking is useful, or with tool inserts, inscription makes it easier to identify the product.
