Transport damage

How do I handle transport damages?

Despite good packaging and every effort to deliver faultless goods to our customers, a few of the products might still get damaged during transportation. You should therefore make sure you inspect the package for damage on delivery. Do not accept damaged shipments, notify the shipping company of the damage, and report it to us.

Should this not be possible or should the damage be detected later, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. You are welcome to contact info@vibraplast.ch.

The following information and documents are necessary for quick processing: 

  • Order number 
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs showing the damage and packaging

Once we receive your message, we will inform you about the further steps depending on where the damage occurred during the delivery.
