Construction/Engineering Components for rail vehicles

A complete diagram set consisting of tailor-made insulation parts is constructed from rail vehicle models.

Our design departments develops complete diagram sets consisting of custom-made cut-outs that are tailored to the rail vehicle models of our customers. We always strive to adapt already designed diagrams to our raw material sizes for optimized waste minimization. The data are then created using SolidWorks diagram software and saved as diagram and production data. Depending on the type of vehicle, there are different requirements for the insulation material. We therefore work in close cooperation with our customer's construction department to ensure the best possible level of quality. Other core competences include noise control, analysis of actual conditions, as well as the design, calculation, and development of acoustic measures and solutions in airborne and structure-borne noise control. We investigate the causes of noise and vibration problems, propose possible solutions, and provide technical expertise to assist the customer in decision making.
