Noise control/soundproofing for rail vehicles | Vibra®Rail heavy foils (underbody area)

The flexible, one-sided self-adhesive thermoplastic blend of plastic and heavy foil is well suited for optimized airborne sound insulation through cladding of light construction components made of wood, chipboard, plasterboard, thin sheets, etc. or for damping of structure-borne noise in metallic sheets or hard plastic structures. The standard dimension is 1,200 x 985 mm with a thickness of 2.5 mm or 4.0 mm (custom dimensions on request). We are also glad to deliver custom-made, water jet cut finished components on request. Our construction department develops the complete and optimized diagram set of insulations for the entire vehicle. This high-quality and efficient product has been tested and complies with the UNI CEI 11170 and DIN 5510-2 and CEN/TS45545 R1 rail vehicle standards. Please contact us if you have any questions!
