Our rebounded PU foams are produced from recycled material. Thanks to the high density in comparison to new foam, the recycled foam is excellently suited for soundproofing. It is also an efficient sound attenuator as a compound material paired with a heavy layer.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Composite foams are made from unused foam residues that arise during the production or processing of PUR flexible foams. The foam residues are shredded to different sizes and further processed with PUR binders and additives to produce recycled composite foams. This produces recycled foams with different chemical and mechanical properties with a density of up to 700 kg/m3.
The foam standard boards are delivered as untrimmed raw boards. The ordered useful dimensions are guaranteed, protruding material (foam, fleece, SK-foil ecc.) is but possible."
