Vibra®polyurethane plates D44 / Fittings | Polyurethane D44 - Vulkollan moulded parts

The high-quality filigree and complex cast and moulded parts made of VULKOLLAN® and other polyurethane elastomers such as Desmodur 44 or Desmodur 15 from Vibraplast AG are used as structural or supplier parts in various sectors of industry. With the quality Polyurethane D44 we have a PUR elastomer on polyester basis, which has an excellent price-performance ratio and is characterised by a hone structural strength, paired with a good elasticity and a low abrasion. The wide range of applications makes Desmodur D44 quality a true all-rounder. Top properties: good damping / high wear resistance / ozone and UV resistant / low abrasion / from 35° - 95° Shore A possible / hydrolysis resistant. Another quality is the rubber-elastic material VULKOLLAN®, the classic among polyurethane elastomers. This unique quality is particularly tightly specified and guarantees a consistently high product quality. This Vulkollan quality is characterised by a multitude of outstanding properties and enables the development of numerous areas of application in which a normal rubber quality is no longer sufficient. Our high-quality polyurethanes are perfectly suited for this purpose. Top Vulkollan properties: high tear resistance / very high wear resistance / highest modulus of elasticity of all PUR elastomers / high impact elasticity / very low compression set / excellent damping / high dynamic load capacity / constant elastic behaviour over a wide temperature range. Due to the hot casting process we are able to produce a wide variety of moulded parts such as; squeegee strips, stop buffers, coupling elements, membranes, wipers for snow clearing equipment ecc., from VULKOLLAN®, polyurethane D44 as well as PUR-metal combinations.
