Rubber processing methods
The required vulcanizing tool or mold contains one or more nests depending on the size, sensitivity and output of the rubber/metal part.
The mould is first charged with the prepared metal in the open state and then, depending on the process, with a volume-precise mixture in the open or closed state of the mould. Possible processing methods are compression moulding, transfer moulding or injection moulding.
