Vibraplast AG has been based in Aschendorf in eastern Switzerland for over 60 years. It now has approximately 50 employees who specialize in noise control, vibration isolation, foam technology, as well as elastomer and plastics technology.

As a production and trading company with a worldwide network of qualified suppliers, Vibraplast AG offers optimum access to global procurement sources.

Our specialists have many years of professional experience and are able to guarantee you optimal services in consulting, engineering and design.

Thanks to a production and storage area of 15,000 m² and a wide range of readily available products, Vibraplast AG is able to respond quickly and efficiently to the wishes of the customers.

Our production is optimized for the different production steps such as water jet cutting, horizontal and vertical contour cutting, milling, punching, welding, laser cutting, profile gluing, and assembling.

As a systems supplier, we are happy to assist you in choosing the most diverse outsourcing depths, ranging from the procurement of individual parts, assembled modules with a few suppliers, up to the complete end product with Vibraplast AG as single supplier.

At Vibraplast AG, all process and logistics stages are implemented consistently in compliance with ISO 9001.

Vibraplast AG is increasingly focusing on foam products - especially in regard to noise control, where different materials from the Silphon ® sound insulation section are used depending on the requirements.

We also specialize in the production of individual foam packaging solutions, be it in the field of transport protection packaging or prestigious suitcase foam inserts. Wherever there is something to protect or transport, our foam specialists are dedicated to offering you the optimal custom packaging solution. Vibration technology
The product range includes a comprehensive variety of standard products designed for shock absorption, structure-borne sound insulation, isolation of machine vibrations, reducing accelerations, and for noise control.

Foam & packaging technology
Vibraplast AG's packaging technology is optimized for the complete production process, starting from the design (using CAD) up to mass production of foam packages.

Noise control
A wide variety of materials from the Silphon® soundproofing assortment are used for airborne sound absorption or airborne sound insulation as well as structure-borne sound damping depending on the requirements.

Rubber technology
Our program includes various standard rubber products such as sheets, profiles, floor mats, seals, etc. in all qualities and dimensions. Plastics technology We stock a wide range of the most common plastic grades in standard sheets, round bars, foils and tubes.
