Conditions of participation
Participation is free and independent of the purchase of goods and services.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of the data protection regulations and the rules for participation in the competition.
Any natural person over the age of 18 who is permanently resident in Switzerland is eligible to participate. If participation should occur despite the exclusion, a distribution of profits is not possible.
By entering the competition, each participant agrees that his/her personal data required for the competition (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) may be stored on electronic data carriers and used by Vibraplast AG in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. By participating, the participant assures that the information he/she provides is true.
Vibraplast AG has the right to exclude any participant without notice from participation in the competition if the participant manipulates the competition or violates the rules of participation. In particular, the following attempts at manipulation justify exclusion:- multiple registration under different e-mail addresses - registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, the manipulation of competitions.
Among all participants the winners will be determined by random drawing.
The legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competitions.
5 Apple AirPods 2 will be raffled among all participants. No cash payment possible.
The closing date for the competition is 15 December 2019.
The winners will be notified personally. The prizes will be handed over by mail.
