Axle springs

The axle springs are rubber-metal elements used as high-quality, vibration-damping elements in bogies of rail vehicles. The individual metals and elastomer layers are vulcanized to ensure a uniform load and stress distribution over the entire cross section. The axle springs are maintenance-free and save costs thanks to their long service life. Different spring stiffness levels in three directions are possible based on the number of rubber layers or intermediate plates and the installation angle.
